We aim to review all new event submissions within 5 working days, but during busy periods this may take up to 10. We will be in touch by email to confirm and let you know when your listing is live on the site.

    The full description of your event, this will appear on the page for this event. Some tips for what to include:

    • A description of what will be happening at the event
    • Where it will take place
    • If participants need to bring anything to the event?
    • Contact information (if relevant)
    • Do not include offensive language, such as swearing
    • Check for misspellings and typos as text will be posted as is.

    The event must take place this year. You can select a single day, or a range if your event spans multiple days.

    The images should not contain any text. Do not upload posters. Images must be at least 1024px on the shortest side. Max 2mb per image
