OPEN Ealing is collaborating with other community groups, agencies and individuals to create a vibrant Community Cultural Quarter based in St James Avenue West Ealing. The Quarter will not only benefit the community physically, intellectually and emotionally but provide employment and promote independent living. It will be a community asset to be enjoyed by everyone and play a key role in the local economy.
