Mindfood is an Ealing based charity that supports people with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and stress to improve their wellbeing through gardening and horticulture.

You can learn the basics of wellbeing self care at our Growing Wellbeing sessions, discover your creative side with our Naturally Creative art sessions or pick up new garden DIY skills at our Sustainable Wellbeing sessions…or simply keep growing with us as part of our Grow Some Share Some sessions which support local schools and community groups with free veg seedlings and plants.

We run courses from two sites in Ealing: Cleveley Crescent Allotments near Hanger Lane, and Horsenden Farm in Perivale. Courses are designed to be a fun balance of learning how to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables whilst becoming more mindful of ways to improve our wellbeing. Sessions at both venues run year round, 6 days a week.

Garden your way out of stress, depression and anxiety as well as helping to grow fruit & veg and creating a beautiful natural setting for others to enjoy after you.
