If you have a spare couple of hours and enjoy working outdoors, then why not join our weekly volunteer gardening sessions at Walpole Park every Wednesday and Thursday.

We are a friendly group and welcome new volunteers to join us garden in the park. You don’t need to commit to coming every week, just when it suits you.

New volunteers must book an induction, please contact parks@ealing.gov.uk

Tasks can be suited to your abilities. For example if you find it difficult to bend or kneel, there are 6 raised beds in the garden, which need regular weeding and planting.

Gloves and tools are provided.

Wear clothes suitable for gardening and the weather.

Sturdy shoes or boots are the most appropriate footwear for your safety.
